IS BORN SKETCHUP TEXTURES TRENDS HOME DESIGN

You may have noticed the new banner here on the left of the page .... was an idea that was hoping I could realize for a long time, and now finally here it is!

Today is born SKETCHUP TEXTURES TRENDS , design styles, colors and inspiration  for architecture and interior design. 

30 years of work in the field of fashion and design, lived with undiminished passion and with the same enthusiasm of my twenty years push me to go over to Share with anyone like me is in love with this wonderful work, also my experience. I apologize to all my future fans for my bad English ... but I think this is the only language that will allow me of communicating with every part of the world.

I hope that this new blog will be of help to get inspired and to explore the themes of the trends, materials and colors, and also to discover so many things from the past that I have carefully preserved. Of course, none of the material I have is digital, but I'll see how to better manage this issue to share with you! Thanks to all those who want to join us in this new adventure!

WINNERS COMPETITION TARANTA POWER STATION

The cultural association archiSTART, under the patronage of the Municipality of Melpignano (LE), announces the results of the international competition of ideas "Taranta Power Station" for students and recent graduates, with the theme design of a multifunctional building adapted to receive service areas for the event of the Notte della Taranta and teaching spaces and museums for the deseasonalisation of the festival.

ArchiSTART is a nonprofit association that is the brainchild of three young graduates and encourages experimentation, growth and visibility of young designers who express themselves through contests of ideas. Added to this is the creation of a platform to service the Public Administration for the identification and investigate topics of urban and architectural character not included in the territorial planning.

The first contest, in that we SketchUp Texture we gave our broader and convinced support, has had great resonance both locally and internationally, involving more than 500 young people from all over the world. At the final stage of the competition have arrived 92 processed  (65 from Italy 10 from the rest of Europe, 12 from America and 5 from Asia ) with original ideas and different approaches among themselves.

The jury of the competition "Taranta Power Station", composed by architects Alfredo Forest, Toti Semerano and Simona Serafino, by Councillor Youth Policy of the Municipality of Lecce Ing Alexander Delli Noci and Professor Giuseppe Schiavone, president of the observatory urban Teknè, has stated 

the winner PIQUADRO group of four young students of the Polytechnic of Bari (Maura Pinto, Sonia Paciolla, Francesca Pope, Piervito Pirulli)

Finally after so many boys, we have the pleasure to present you a representative of the fairer sex: our new friend is called Nhim Ngoan Hien and besides being very beautiful is also very good at her job.

Nhim, studied architecture in Da Nang Architecture University in Vietman, where he lives and works. SKETCHUP FREE 3D MODEL REALISTIC GRASS

Being able to make a nice lawn realistic is one of the first difficulties we encounter when we begin
to make our first render.

Basically, with any rendering engine we are working on, not only you need to choose the excellent textures (sometimes I see lawns that look just the floors) but you also have to choose the suitable texture to the scene.

For those who still do not know, in our section "Grass texture" there is a wide range of seamless images. This model, vray proxy grass  made by Phunguyen Vfs, it is certainly an excellent support with which you can get the test result you see in the render below, performed with vray by our young architect Bharath Musunuri. A big thanks to both our friends for this great contribution !

CONVERT DAY TO NIGHT IN PHOTOSHOP

I promised, and I finally found the time to do this tutorial that allows us to manipulate an image or, as in this case a render,  by converting a scene from day to night in Photoshop

Do not be impressed by the number of images that will follow It takes about 10 minutes to get the final result ... Believe me that it takes more time to explain that to do so.

VISMAT PARQUET V-RAY FOR SKETCHUP #1

Do you remember that a couple of months ago we did a survey to have your opinion on the functioning of our blog?  (Meanwhile, I take this opportunity to thank you again for having responded and participated in so many)

Of course, your answers have made me very happy because over 80% of you said she was satisfied, ... but there was also a 20% who did different considerations
This prompted me to look for solutions  in order to improve the site navigation ....always taking into account of course that it is a Blog, with all the limitations that this entails.

In recent days, I proceeded to make many small changes  to lighten the pages in order to speed up the loading of the site. I have inserted a horizontal menu that will allow you to more easily find the topics and items of interest. Please let me know if you like ^-^

We are also looking forward to have some sponsors, because with the revenue from advertising, we can finally rent the web space needed to create a real online store organized as it should be, fast, reliable and secure.

CARVED WOOD 3D PANELS COLLECTION

Really excellent this collection that includes 39 carved wooden panels modeled in sketchup 8 by architects Kha Anh Tú and  Pham Xuan Vien from Vietnam . A big thank to both of you for these beautiful panels

Personally I love the use of these wood partition panels that are a basic element of interior design in Vietnam,  because they are also perfect in a context ultra-modern. With these elements you can create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Very beautiful even when they are used with a lacquered finish in white or ivory give a personal imprint both the living area the area that night  as I have often had the opportunity to appreciate seeing various interior design projects some of which have also been shared here as in this example
