I'm happy to share, with sketchuptextureclub members, my 3d modeling done in Sketchup. and made available in sketchup 8,
This is a small design concept for an industrial style loft.

I am happy to share with you my SketchUp 3d model, which I hope will be helpful.
This small apartment is composed of 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, and one kitchen open space, with living room.
I tried to make the most of every space, obtaining in the small corridor also a place to store your shoes, and a small area for the washing machine.
I included in the zip file, the sketchUp model available in sketchUp 8, the vray interior Visopt of this scene, the vray IES light, and the vray proxy of the Carpet.

Italian style, apartment renovated 89 sqm #3 free 3d sketchup model

The apartment was initially consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, a large entrance hall, a living area, in common with the 'dining area, and two small bathrooms, one of which was really very small.
The customer wanted give the apartment a modern impact with the addition of an extra bedroom for studio use, with a bed of emergency, without having to give up a spacious living area.
In addition, he asked that both bathrooms, they could have all the amenities.

And here is the project of Rosanna Mataloni that after two years, we can share with the client's permission. We specify that all the furnishings used here were constructed tailored because being the apartment, part of a building, there were constraints to be respected, for example, the windows, it was not possible to move, close or open in a new location, the central pillar, and 2 load-bearing walls.

Unlike other 3d models shared on our website, this model made in sketchup 8, fully textured, are presented without setting render, and is presented with images extracted directly from the sketchup file. The goal is to offer a project in the Italian style, highly personalized, based on the coordination of colors and materials, on the exploitation of every single space for the livability of a family of 3, comfortable and cozy, modern but timeless

The new skethup 3d model sent to us today by our architect friend Dao Tuan Anh, (You can contact him by clicking on its name) who lives and works in Hanoi (Viet Nam) is a complete apartment composed of:
- a modern fully equipped 3d kitchen area as you can see from the render that we publish
- 1 3d dining area: with table laid and coordinated chairs
- 1 area living room: whit moderne sofa, armchairs, pouf, and various 3d furnishing accessories including a beautiful long pile rug
- 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom and a bedroom for the boys with bunk beds and study area
And then curtains, furnished outdoor terrace and an infinity amount of decorative items. Download the file to see!!!

SKETCHUP 3D MODEL MINI APARTMENT #1

I think you'll all agree in defining this render excellent. The author is the young architect and interior design John Cedric Gomez Macabantad to the City of Tarlac is a first class city in the province of Tarlac, Philippines.

We are happy to share the 3d model of the scene, modeled in sketchup 2013, that represents is a mini apartment: on the right you can see the bedroom on the left and the small living room.
