Sketchup free 3d model awesome neoclassical villa #23

I was speechless when I opened this 3d model and I saw the grandeur of this majestic villa in the neoclassical style, modeled in sketchup 8  by our architect friend Supraaudcha Andthe Somboon from Bangkok. (You can contact him by clicking on the his name)

The 3d model was constructed with attention to every detail architectural, domes, roofs, balconies, columns, friezes, windows, each element is modeled with extraordinary mastery. Inside the villa were placed some furniture and curtains in style with the architecture. Anyone of you, use sketchup, you can imagine how many hours of painstaking work it took to make this model , I hope that you know to appreciate this extraordinary tribute. In addition, the model is complete with textures, 3d trees, 3d grass, 3d hedges , and vray setting .

Gorki House was designed by Atrium architects  and is integrated in a beautiful natural environment atop of a hill west of Moscow. The architects were commissioned to design a contemporary residence for a young couple and their kid, while maintaining a good relationship with the surrounding pine forest landscape.

The building features generous windows and a large number of terraces which make it connect well with the outdoors. Its shape is highly original, consisting of a clever and appealing game of volumes which seem to gradually unfold.

Comes from Vietnam, this great 3d model shared with us today by our now well-known architect friend, Nguyen Khanh Vu, who lives and works in Ho Chi Minh City.
The 3D scene that is a modern villa, is available in sketchup 8, complete with all textures, trees and grass proxy, ready to be rendered with V-Ray 1.6 or Vray 2.0

For those who are starting with the 3D visualization, we recall that in V-Ray for SketchUp,  there is a way to replace the proxy geometry by any other object. Every single vertices and faces consume memory of ram, meaning That if you have several proxy in the scene, not only the SketchUp feedback is slower, but You Could Be Wasting memory of ram needed to Achieve a high resolution render. That is why it is a good idea to replace the actual low polygon proxy representation for an even simpler geometry blackberries. In this document we are going to replace the Proxy triangle representation for a single surface with the image of the proxy object. Black house, this is the name of the 3d model, is a modern reinforced concrete construction in a minimalist style, with large bright windows, through which,  nature makes as a background as a big picture that changes depending on the season and the time.

This excellent new 3d model, comes to us from Peru, courtesy of Erick Andre Rivero Zanatta, a young student of architecture. ( you can contact Erick by clicking HERE)

Erick tells us that he made ​​this model for a client who asked him to design his home in the giungla located in Pucallpa. The structure of the house, made ​​of reinforced concrete, with stone and wood finishes, has a double orientation, with an accentuated slope of the roof, due to heavy rains of this tropical zone,  and is equipped with large bright windows. The architectural style, overall returns a modern style well integrated into the landscape.
