Goodmorning everyone
I am Massimiliano Pirozzolo a 3D graphics passionate, I live and work in Italy where for more than 20 years I deal in real estate management and related services to the building, spaces and people.
By visiting our OM Living web site you will see an overview of our work ranging from the design of public and residential spaces, until to the restructuring and building renovation

I am pleased to have the opportunity to give my contribution to our CG artists community by sharing one of my last 3d projects: an elegant master bath, Italian-style, with very clean lines and minimalist, played with a palette of tones neutral, warmed by inserting a light oak floor wood.

The bathroom was modeled in SketchUp 2016 full textured , but made available in sketchup 8, so that everything can download it. I have included also the interior vray Visopt used in this scene, I hope it is useful for your rendering practice

This sketchup 3d model " Bungalow Resort " is an my old project that i have done at 2016. Now i want to share it with all Sketchup Texture Club people
I included in the file archive the IDRI used in this scene, the vray proxy trees and the vray IES light.   Hope you like it !

International architecture workshop in Rome promoted by Archistart

SketchUp texture, is pleased to introduce and supporting the 'latest initiative from our friends archiSTART: live an architecture holiday in Rome partecipate in an international workshop togheter with 100 youngsters and win an internship.

archiSTART promotes IAH Rome, an international architecture workshop, incorporated within a holiday, created in order to generate interactive experiences between students and young graduates under the age of 32 years.

100 young people from all corners of the world can live together for six days sharing ideas and gaining essential experience while immersed in the architecture and entertainment of the eternal city: Rome. 

The innovative aspect of this initiative is the breaking of classical learning processes simultaneously pointing to several factors:

- Integration and cultural exchanges between students from around the world within a single working environment, with the possibility of refining language skills and learning different styles of lives and cultures.

- Discover the secret corners of the city through guided tours and during  leisure time.

- Experience first REAL project situations in close contact with tutors and professionals helping to ignite, and develop, a passion for architecture.

- Experience REAL competition through an internal competition that will ensure compelling participation and attention in the Workshop working at 100 meters from the Colosseum.

- A chance to compete for internships at two studios both based in Rome,  in order to reward the most deserving participants with a direct path into the working world.

- Fun, assured by the atmosphere and continuous organization of events, parties and initiatives, including the grand New Year’s Eve party.

Free sketchup 3d model sofa Arne Antonio Citterio design

Sofa Arne, Manufacturer B&B Italia, is a tribute to a great Italian designer Antonio Citterio which is one of my favorite designers.

This seating system has a distinctive, curved shape and a comfortable backrest. It’s available in a lot of different configurations, for different sized areas, and can take up more or less space with a seating area of a larger or smaller width. Options without armrests are available, as well as models with one or two armrests. In this case the armrests are the natural continuation of the suspended backrest. Arne sofas were designed to be set next to the wall or be placed in the centre of a room. 

The seating areas have large seat cushions and are sustained by aluminium supports. Each model is cosy and welcoming. The semi-circular or corner versions of Arne provide face-to-face seating for people to gather around a point of attraction, which is the television or the home theatre set in today’s houses. Arne is also the perfect place to relax in complete comfort.

A really excellent contribution this interior scene 3d shared with us today by Sketchup Phan Thức
When you open the file, you will be surprised from the careful attention to detail but also by the excellent arrangement of the layout.

The kitchen area is spacious and comfortable, stylistically well-coordinated. The table for 6 people, located on the right wall has been expertly rendered optically lightweight with the insertion the glass top. This arrangement makes the environment visually more spacious.

The living area, ideally separated from the kitchen, with a wood perforated panel, blends perfectly into the scene and to for  the choice of colors and for the choice of the models:  the armchairs and sofa, have a lightweight structure whose function is to give the room a feeling of spaciousness and lightness.
