We wished to repropose this nice 3d model, available in SketchUp 8, because it was the protagonist of one of our very first rendering challenges
It was October 2011 and Sketchup Texture was celebrating her first birthday ^ - ^

This 3d model, done in Sketchup 2014, is a large and generous gift by Thilina to our community. The villa shows a classical architecture, cleverly made contemporary, with the inclusion of canopies with large protruding structures, and large balconies which is overlooked large and bright windows. 

A mix of traditional and modern which gives it a timeless elegance,

In the file, in addition to the 3D model, was included: the vray Visopt of this scene, vray proxy trees and Plants, vray IES light, and the autocad 2d planimetry
