This 3d model, done in Sketchup 2014,
is a large and generous gift by Thilina to our community. The villa
shows a classical architecture, cleverly made contemporary, with the
inclusion of canopies with large protruding structures, and large
balconies which is overlooked large and bright windows.
A mix of
traditional and modern which gives it a timeless elegance,
In the file, in addition to the 3D model, was included: the vray Visopt of this scene, vray proxy trees and Plants, vray IES light, and the autocad 2d planimetry
