The sketchup 3d model for today,  comes to us from the Philippines by our friend, Jason Diocera, (You can contact him by clicking on the its name) who shared with us his project of this modern villa with pool, available in sketchup 8, complete with all the textures, with beautiful trees in 3d 

By downloading the 3d model, for those of you using Vray 1.49, you can follow step by step his tutorial, complete with post-processing with Photoshop, created for the implementation of the render you see in the image below. . This will be a very complete exercise for those who are beginning to take their first steps into the world of 3D visualization

Floating House visopt #30-vismat ,hdri and background

a big thank you to our friend Eduardo Belonio that today, he shared with us the Visopt of this night scene of his version of the Farnsworth House, set on the water, which he surnamed Floating House

The file also contains HDRI used in the scene, the material vray vismat water with displacement and a folder with 14 backgrounds with resolution 4368 x2192 pixels

Excellent 3d model shared with us by our friend Pham Tuan Anh, from VietNam (You can contact him by clicking on the its name)
It comes to a modern building with large bright windows, designed to accommodate a Coffe shop, with a design really excellent. The mixture of materials, such as wood, glass and concrete gives it a very welcoming and pleasant.
The 3d model is available in sketchup 8, complete with textures, fully 3d furnished , 3d trees, vray lights, and ready to be rendered with V-Ray for sketchup. Thank you very much, Pham Tuan Anh for wanting to share with us this splendid work!

This modern villa is an excellent contribution, which is shared by our friend freelance interior design, Supraaudcha Andthe Somboon (You can contact him by clicking on the its name)  who lives and works in Bangkok.

Black house, this is the name of the 3d model, is a modern reinforced concrete construction in a minimalist style, with large bright windows, through which,  nature makes as a background as a big picture that changes depending on the season and the time.

The 3d model, is available in sketchup 8, is full of textures, proxies grass and trees, and Visopt hdri, lights, ready to be rendered with vray 1.6 or 2.0
