As we were often the subject of countless thefts of our materials, we have to try to protect our intellectual property. therefore, use of the Textures is only allowed under the following conditions:

a) - use these textures in 2D or 3D computer graphics,advertising banners, 3D animation,
b) - incorporate these textures in computer games (only if the textures are not downloadable directly)
c) - you can use these textures to sell your private projects and 3D models bundled with the textures, when the textures is customized for the 3D model by adding the following text to the documentation accompanying the 3D model:

i) - Repackaging these textures inside of a software or bundling them as part of a shader for a render engine (stand alone or plugin) such as Vray, Thea Render, Maxwell, Corona, Lumion, 2D Floor Plan, or any software similar.
l) - load these textures on your website or blog. or social (example: Facebook, Google plus etc) for release or for direct download from your website or social page.
2.3 - Violation of these terms
sketchuptexture.com may recoup from you all damages it suffers as a result of your violation of these terms and conditions.
In the event of a breach of the provision of the Articles above , you will owe Sketchuptexture.com, an immediately due and payable with a penalty of EUR 500.00 for each day per established breach without further notice of default being required,from the first day of the violation, and for the entire period in which the violation occurred, without prejudice to the right to demand full compensation.

To be able to download the 3D models, you need to register for an account. You are responsible for your account and all the activity on it.
You take all responsibility for your own actions and for the usage of our 3D models, we are not taking responsibility for anything you do or anything that happens to you in any way, shape or form.
5.1- You allowed to:
a) - include our 3D model, in any collection you like, personal or commercial work provided that you do not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the original materials. For commercial use means using of the 3d model components, for the realization of your personal project, exclusively for your client. It does not mean you are allowed to sell these 3d models, and does not mean that you can upload them to your web site
b) - is required giving the attribution of credit to the author: each 3d model is published on the site with all the author details .
