Hi everyone
I am happy to share here, the 3D model of one of my latest architectural projects, modeled with sketchup 2014 and rendered with vray 2.0
This is  3D model & design of the restructuring for an Old existing House :
I Added more rooms in ground floor and made a new swimming pool in the garden; totally changed the roof design, and changed the external wall design gates, doors etc.

In the zip file, I included the exterior vray visopt of this scene, and the vray IES light, in addition to some vray Proxy trees. Obviously Here i am not Included HDRI & proxy trees of paid versions.
I hope this 3d model will be useful to those who are learning 3D visualization techniques.

I am Massimiliano Pirozzolo a 3D graphics passionate, I live and work in Italy where for more than 20 years I deal in real estate management and related services to the building, spaces and people.

I am pleased to have the opportunity to give my contribution to our CG artists community by sharing one of my last 3d projects: an elegant master bath, Italian-style, with very clean lines and minimalist, played with a palette of tones neutral, warmed by inserting a light oak floor wood.

The bathroom was modeled in SketchUp 2016 full textured , but made available in sketchup 8, so that everything can download it. I have included also the interior vray Visopt used in this scene, I hope it is useful for your rendering practice

I share this refined 3d model master bathroom, modeled with care in the smallest details that result in a beautiful and striking image. The orginal model is done in sketchup 2016, but was made available in SketchUp 8 so that everyone can download it,
Using vray natural lighting with HDRI and vray Dome Light, I was able to create a harmonious and warm environment.

In today’s SketchUp quick tip, I’m going to teach you how to adjust the size of textures in SketchUp
Pretty much all of a material’s attributes are managed in the materials section of the tray. In this case, we’re going to talk about image based textures.

The way SketchUp creates image based textures is by repeating images over and over to create a continuous looking texture.
If you look at this CMU block texture, you can see repetition of the same image if you look closely enough.
If you look in the edit tab under this material, you can see down at the bottom that there are some dimensions in boxes. In this case, this cinder block texture is a repeating texture 1’6” wide by 8” high.
If we go in and change this, you can see that the texture image size changes in our model. You can use this with photo textures you import to resize texture images so they are to the right scale for your model.

There’s also an image of a chain off to the right of the dimensions. As long as the chain is unbroken, that indicates that the aspect ratio of the texture is locked. This prevents distortion of your image.
If you click on the chain so it appears broken, it unlocks the aspect ratio. This can allow you to stretch your image to change the way that it looks.
If you ever want to reset your texture size, simply click on the arrows to the left hand side of the dimensions.

For the kitchen furniture, I chose a very dark wood finish, semi-gloss lacquered, therefore, to be lighter on the environment, I then used a few shades of color in tone cadence, so as to give this environment a modern image, simple and elegant

Hello guys
I am happy to share with members of Sketchup Texture Club, this SketchUp 3D model master bedroom, in Art Deco style.  This luxurious and fashionable design still continues its influence today.
This is one fabulous design that you can definitely get for a master bedroom. The room walls are covered in plywood matt lacquered, whereas for the backrest of the bed,  I used a polyurethane padding, upholstered in quilted fabric. The flooring i used a parquet for make the room more warm.
I created a false ceiling, in which I included the lighting, and I played with only 2 shades of colors, ivory and brown,  for make the room more classy and modern.

I included in the zip file archive also the vray interior Visopt
